NotionMember provides a platform that allows users to create protected member sites powered by Notion. Our Service enables you to:

• Connect your Notion workspace and select pages to protect
• Add and manage member access via email authentication
• Create branded member portals with custom domains
• Control who can view your Notion content

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account and accept all risks of unauthorized access
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others, including intellectual property rights
• Distribute malware, viruses, or any harmful software
• Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service

5. Content and Intellectual Property

Our Content: The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are owned by NotionMember and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Notion Content: Content accessed through Notion remains subject to Notion's terms of service. We do not claim ownership of any Notion content.

6. Subscription and Payments

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your chosen plan
• Provide valid payment information
• Allow us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis

Free Trial: We may offer free trials. At the end of the trial period, you will be charged unless you cancel before the trial ends.

Refunds: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for paid subscriptions. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of your purchase for a full refund.

7. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon cancellation:

• Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
• After your subscription ends, your access will revert to the free plan limits
• Your data will be retained according to our data retention policy

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NotionMember shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, resulting from your use of the Service, regardless of whether we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NotionMember and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which NotionMember operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
